Business Development Representative

About the Role We are seeking sales and growth professionals to join our Business Development team, based out of Bellevue. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in account management, B2B sales, and client onboarding within the tech industry. Responsibilities Identify and research prospective clients through market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends. Generate and qualify leads using outbound strategies, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and networking at industry events. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers at target companies. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute prospecting campaigns and strategies. Schedule and book meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and client interactions within CRM systems. Stay up to date on product developments and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients. Represent the company at local events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network within the Bellevue technology ecosystem. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Two to five years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the U.S. technology industry. Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance goals. Technical aptitude and an interest in technology solutions. Prior experience with SaaS products or technology applications is a plus. Self‑starter mentality with a results‑driven approach and a passion for growing new business. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools. Work Arrangement This position follows a five‑day, in‑office work model based out of our Bellevue office.
