Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.60 / Hour Job Schedule Sat: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM Sun: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support security‑related awareness. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, helping to follow site protocols for identification, visitor processing, and restricted area access. Support loss prevention and operational continuity by reporting damaged gates, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other security-related concerns observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements A guard card or license is preferred. The ability to use a computer or tablet is preferred. X‑ray screening experience is preferred. A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
