Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on thorough assessments, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functionality within realistic timeframes.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and physical activities designed to enhance their physical well-being and alleviate pain, while closely monitoring their progress.
• Educate patients about proper body mechanics and demonstrate effective exercise techniques, including home exercise programs to encourage independence and self-management of their conditions.
• Administer various modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, in alignment with the treatment protocols established by the clinical team.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including tracking range of motion, strength improvements, and overall functional gains, to ensure effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain treatment areas, organizing therapeutic equipment and supplies, preparing for sessions to provide seamless patient experiences.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to enhance the effectiveness of patient care through coordinated treatment strategies.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive, motivating, and supportive atmosphere.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and dignity are consistently upheld throughout treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and contributions, Physi Core Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
