Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Implement a variety of rehabilitation techniques, including hands-on therapy, exercise regimens, and education on injury prevention and management.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and engage patients in their therapy process, encouraging their active participation in achieving their health goals.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapy assistants, administrative staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and foster ongoing communication to address any questions or concerns regarding treatment.
• Set and monitor utilization goals, contributing to the overall success and operational objectives of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) according to the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety at all times.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in using electronic medical records and other computer systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized patient populations or specific rehabilitation techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
