Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing their medical history and performing specific assessments to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans, incorporating input from patients and their families to set realistic goals for recovery.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient presentations, demonstrating adaptability to evolving healthcare practices.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously, recognizing and addressing any changes in their condition that might necessitate adjustments to their treatment plans.
• Engage in discharge planning and provide necessary follow-up care, ensuring a seamless transition for patients from rehabilitation to daily activities.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, maintaining a busy schedule while meeting productivity expectations and ensuring timely completion of documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Dynamic Bridgeway, you will primarily work with outpatient clients across a broad spectrum of ages and conditions. This includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. By focusing on each patient's unique challenges, you will play a critical role in improving their functional abilities and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
