Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and existing resources.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy, adapting them to each client's needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions aimed at enhancing emotional health.

• Engage in collaborative partnerships with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to provide supportive and transformative experiential learning.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, contributing to the overall therapeutic experience for clients.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, aligned with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
