Accountant

Job Description We are looking for a Full-Time Auditor to join our team! Our client base is extremely stable for this long-term opportunity. You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing and auditing financial records for our clients. We are located in newly renovated offices in Willow Grove, PA. Responsibilities Assist in planning, preparation and conducting of annual audits for clients Retrieve source information from client files and prepare those records for our auditing procedures Assist in the review, verification and analysis of client accounting financial records Preparation of compilation, review and audited financial statements Review compliance with policies applicable to industry laws and regulations Ensure compliance and proper execution of accounting functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Review audit adjustments, audit reports and management letters for presentation to clients Provide consulting services to clients as requested Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance Currently active Certified Public Accountant required Minimum of 3 years relevant experience It is more important to have a sound working knowledge of accounting, journal entries, account analysis, and yearend accruals and cutoffs than actual auditing experience Demonstrates financial and accounting principles knowledge Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and Word Ability to think analytically, apply analytical techniques and critical thinking Excellent time management and organizational skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Benefits SIMPLE retirement plan Medical & Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off - Comp Time Vacation, Holiday and sick Company Description We are in a beautiful suburban area and just a short distance from the train and bus station, making it an easy commute. #J-18808-Ljbffr
