Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager – Distribution Services. Employment Type: Full‑time role. What You Will Do Lead and supervise more than 20 direct reports: safety, regulatory, 5S, and specific job functions. Follow operating guidelines, safety rules, and union contract requirements. Track team and individual performance. Work with internal leaders to complete daily tasks and daily operation checklists. Process payroll daily. Inspect daily operations and monitor Cast performance through observations. Independently manage warehouse operations as the on‑site salaried leader for Distribution Services, addressing challenges and coordinating with leadership and business partners to ensure business continuity. Required Qualifications & Skills Extensive experience in warehousing and distribution. Expertise in optimizing warehouse management systems to enhance efficiency and boost productivity. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading. Proven ability to excel in fast‑paced environments by prioritizing tasks, coordinating multiple projects, and consistently meeting tight deadlines. Expertise in harnessing computer technology for innovative solutions. Strong problem‑solving and process‑improvement skills. Proven ability to resolve conflicts with swift, effective strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer proficiency. Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Skill in budgeting and scheduling. Preferred Qualifications Excellent understanding of business principles. Bi‑lingual (Spanish a plus). Background in managing within a unionized workplace. Exceptional customer service abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead projects successfully and drive results. Expertise in 5S and KAIZEN methodologies. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred). Additional Information The position is fully on‑site. The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $83,000 to $111,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
