Outbound Operations Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a fast‑paced distribution operation in Jacksonville, FL to hire an Outbound Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day shipping execution and coach a team. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on safety, service levels, and continuous improvement . Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop an outbound team (picking/packing/shipping) Drive daily productivity and accuracy while hitting key KPIs Spot bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements Use WMS/data to track performance and improve results Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance (OSHA, company standards) Experience 5+ years in warehouse/outbound operations (2+ years leading teams) Strong knowledge of outbound fulfillment and WMS Confident communicator who can motivate, coach, and drive accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
