What You'll Do

• Assist with gynecological surgeries, including robot-assisted procedures
• Support surgeons as a first assist in an inpatient OR setting
• Provide care for adult patients undergoing gynecological surgery
• Document procedures accurately within EMR systems such as Cerner/Oracle
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Cover approximately 2-6 surgeries per day

What You Need

• Valid First Assist Certification with Robotics experience
• Active license in NJ (no licensing assistance required)
• Minimum 2+ years of OR surgical assistance experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of robotic gynecological procedures
