Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring therapeutic approaches are supported by evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client histories and treatment needs, with a strong focus on utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open communication and emotional growth.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and respectful treatment of all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Competitive compensation is a significant aspect of this role, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, alongside opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
