This role focuses on Speech-Language Pathology, with both monolingual and bilingual caseloads available. You'll primarily manage evaluations and case management tasks, with some hands-on therapy as needed, keeping your work engaging and diverse. With multiple positions available, you’ll have the chance to work alongside a collaborative team, all dedicated to student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience working in school settings, preferably with varied age groups
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and case management skills
• Ability to support both monolingual and bilingual students an asset
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to onsite service delivery (this is not a virtual position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
• Manage caseloads through efficient case management and documentation
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Liaise with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Provide speech and language therapy as needed to meet students’ needs
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
