Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient support, utilizing telehealth platforms as well as in-person sessions, where applicable.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and relational needs, developing personalized treatment plans that set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address relationship dynamics, communication challenges, and family stressors encountered by clients.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support to clients and their families, ensuring safety and stability during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with relevant legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Educate clients about effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to enhance their relational skills and emotional health.

• Engage in regular collaboration and consultation with other mental health professionals to provide integrative care tailored to the needs of each client.

• Stay current with emerging trends, research, and best practices in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive and competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
