We are seeking a Housekeeping Room Inspector to ensure each guest room meets our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. Housekeeping Room Inspector Position First impressions count. As a Housekeeping Room Inspector, you will assist room attendants on assigned floors, inspecting rooms and public areas, ensuring they are in perfect condition for guests. Responsibilities Inspect all assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and good repair, and advise staff of deficiencies. Inspect storage rooms and room attendant carts for neatness, cleanliness, supplies, and repair. Perform daily housekeeping duties as needed (e.g., making beds, vacuuming). Assist with deep‑cleaning projects as required. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication skills – able to handle guest concerns and compliments. Problem‑solving skills – turn issues into opportunities to enhance guest experience. Fluent in the local language; additional languages a plus. Literacy and basic computer skills – reading, writing, basic math. Salary and Benefits The hourly pay rate for this role is $29.92 (Washington, DC). The rate is subject to change based on qualifications, experience, and business needs.
