Our client seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support Salesforce-driven field operations and workforce management initiatives for the Tech Mobile domain. The role shall shape early-stage requests, define measurable value, and translate operational needs into clear requirements for enhancements to a field-technician application integrating with a Salesforce-based workforce management platform. The position values hands-on experience with field-operations workforce management capabilities including technician scheduling, routing optimization, appointment and capacity planning, geofenced arrival, and skill-based matching.

Rate: $50.00 to $57.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Management to assess and shape incoming feature requests and define scope prior to delivery intake.

• Articulate business value, impacted users, problem statements, and alignment with product strategy for each proposed feature.

• Define success metrics and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with analytics partners to enable dashboards and reporting.

• Maintain continuity of the value story from intake through delivery, ensuring teams understand the why and validation approach.

• Elicit, document, and manage requirements for enhancements to a field-technician application integrating with Salesforce-based workforce management.

• Translate operational workflows into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Support cross-functional stakeholders through backlog refinement, prioritization, and release readiness.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years in Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related analytical discipline.

• Field-operations workforce management experience strongly preferred, including technician scheduling, geographic route optimization, appointment and capacity planning, geofenced arrival, and skill or qualification matching.

• Hands-on exposure to one or more field WFM platforms such as Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, SAP FSM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, IFS/Clevest, ServicePower, Skedulo, or comparable dispatch and scheduling engines. Proprietary operator platforms in telecom, cable, or utilities are acceptable.

• Demonstrated ability to shape ambiguous requests into well-defined features with measurable outcomes.

• Ability to translate technical and operational details into business-language justifications.

• Experience collaborating with analytics teams to implement success metrics and reporting.

• Contact-center WFM experience alone does not meet the field-operations requirement.
