Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting ethical and empathetic virtual counseling sessions with clients via a secure video platform, ensuring a safe space for expression and healing.

• Performing ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and developing individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs and goals.

You will primarily be working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensing that doesn’t require supervision.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions against your licensure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a high level of comfort with technology and online communication platforms.

• Access to a reliable internet connection to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:
