LHH is actively searching for 3 Accounting Clerks with 1-2 years of recent accounts payable experience for an indefinite remote contract opportunity in the Atlanta area - candidates must reside in Metro Atlanta! Requirements:- 1-2 years of recent accounts payable experience to include invoice processing and data entry
- Excel proficiency (vlookup, pivot tables)
- Sage Intacct (a huge plus)
- Purchase order and invoice coding
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 3-way matching
- Review of expense reports
- Resolution of vendor discrepancies
- The California Fair Chance Act
- Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance
- Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers
- San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
