Why You Matter As a full time Windsor Co-Manager, you are the Store Manager’s “right hand”. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect. Qualifications and Responsibilities What You Do: Drive sales to ensure overall store success and build brand loyalty by providing an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer. Translate KPI reporting into actionable behaviors. Support the Store Manager in finding talent, expanding the talent pool through networking, and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience that supports company retention goals. Organize and plan operations in detail to guarantee compliance with payroll, execution of operations, and create the Oasis for customers. Prioritize training and development of the team, lead by example, communicate clearly and foster continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, feedback, and company tools and programs. Follow all Windsor policies and procedures, maintain integrity, and ensure store compliance with merchandising directives and visual guidelines. Support the Store Manager in merchandising decisions, maintain a neat, clean and tidy store, and promote Windsor values, fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment. What Makes You Stand Out At least 1 year of retail management experience. Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees. Quick thinker able to resolve issues with customers and associates. Effective communicator in both group and one‑on‑one settings. Openness to feedback and continuous improvement. Must be able to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies weighing from 0-25 pounds, and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
