Job Description

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will report to a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, supporting the successful financial and operational delivery of multifamily construction projects.

Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Support subcontractor procurement, bid leveling, and contract administration
Manage Requests for Information, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate closely with field teams on scheduling, sequencing, and logistics
Track and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools
Participate in client, subcontractor, and internal meetings with clear documentation
Support project closeout, including punch list completion and turnover

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Project Manager we are seeking:

Experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management
Exposure to multifamily or commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project documentation
Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
