St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram—now part of a rapidly expanding automotive group—is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help lead our newly acquired location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a store with strong leadership support, excellent inventory resources, and the ability to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Manage daily showroom operations and customer experience
Desk deals efficiently while maximizing gross and customer satisfaction
Leverage multi-store inventory to improve sales opportunities
Partner with the General Manager to set goals and hit forecasted targets
Monitor performance metrics and maintain accountability across the team
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive Sales Manager or GSM experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
Experience with CRM and desking software
Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills
