Significant experience working with education stakeholders in the assigned region to identify high-leverage needs and/or design and implement technical assistance or research projects. Experience developing logic models for programs and projects, including identifying, measuring, and achieving short-term and medium-term outcomes.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE

Degree in education, public policy, social science, program evaluation, organizational development, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

Experience conducting needs sensing, developing and maintaining researcher-practitioner partnerships, supporting state learning agendas, facilitating stakeholder engagement, developing measurement plans, and aligning projects to measurable partner outcomes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Task 3 partnership and needs-sensing activities. Engage Governing Board members, SEAs, LEAs, and other stakeholders to identify high-leverage needs. Develop and maintain partnerships, connect proposed work to state learning agendas, support SLDS-related needs identification, and guide development of partnership logic models and measurement plans. Track short-term and medium-term outcomes, maintain regular partner communication, and ensure partner input informs project design and implementation.
