Therapist

You know that moment when a teen walks into your office convinced you're "the worst therapist ever"... and 20 minutes later you're therapy-maxxing because you called out the low-key aura farming? Or the moment when your sound effects for the epic sand tray battle- between the T-Rex and giant scorpion- trigger a verbal power explosion in the 8-year-old? Yeah. That's the job. We're looking for a Child and Teen Therapist who believes therapy should be both clinically excellent and genuinely engaging. Someone who translates complex emotions in play, connects with parents without sounding like a textbook, and isn't afraid to throw down in a hearty Uno game. You'll fit right in if you: Love working with children and families Can balance strong clinical skills with effortless humor Think a well-stocked playroom is a thing of beauty Understand that progress can be measured in frequency of f-bombs or brain-rot You'll fit in even better if you: Want to be part of a warm and genuinely-collaborative team Value continuous professional growth and razor-sharp clinical excellence Believe children, teens and their families deserve exceptional mental health care What we offer: Administrative support (because your degree was not in paperwork) A beautiful, child-focused practice environment A team that genuinely enjoys working together If you're looking for a practice where ethics are the pillars of clinical work, children are revered, and therapy is anything but boring, we'd love to meet you. Bonus points if you can solve a Rubik's cube or know how to get slime out of carpet. #J-18808-Ljbffr
