Delray Beach, FL Base pay range $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus About the Company Ascendo is representing a leading luxury real estate developer specializing in high-end, custom-built homes throughout South Florida. As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Custom Home Real Estate Developer to join their team and play a key role in bringing their clients’ dream homes to life. Position Overview The Custom Luxury Home Real Estate Developer will oversee the planning, development, and execution of custom residential projects from concept to completion. This individual will collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure each project meets our high standards for design, quality, and budget control. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of luxury custom home development projects, from site acquisition and design to construction and delivery. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion. Collaborate with architects, designers, and general contractors to achieve exceptional design and construction quality. Conduct due diligence for potential projects, including feasibility studies, cost analyses, and permitting requirements. Monitor construction progress through regular site visits, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and client expectations. Coordinate with internal accounting and project management teams to maintain accurate cost tracking and forecasting. Manage client relationships throughout the development process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience. Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with project goals. Utilize Procore software for project management, documentation, and communication (experience with Procore is a strong plus ). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Minimum 4+ years of experience in custom home or luxury residential development . Proven success managing multi-million-dollar residential projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of construction methods, design principles, permitting, and South Florida building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Procore experience highly preferred .
