Job Summary We are seeking Associate Clinical Social Workers who are passionate about providing affirming therapy to adults, couples, and families. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience, strong clinical skills, and demonstrated comfort working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients. Duties Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental and behavioral healthcare therapy via video chat Use evidenced-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients Help clients develop insights into their experience, feelings, and relationships Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan, and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms Requirements Active CSWA (OR) Minimum 1 year of post-graduate mental health experience Experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy Demonstrated experience working with LGBTQIA2S+ populations and neurodivergent populations Ability to maintain a full-time caseload (minimum 20 client sessions per week) Comfortable providing hybrid telehealth services (virtual practice across OR) Must be able to provide services in Oregon Job Types Full-time, Part-time Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location Hybrid remote in Portland, OR 97239 #J-18808-Ljbffr Austin Community College
