Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Program Director and PPS Coordinator by managing schedules, reports, regulatory documentation, quality data, IRF-PAI/PPS tracking, meeting coordination, and departmental communications. Supports compliance, performance improvement, and efficient program operations.Coordinate calendars, meetings, correspondence, and reports.Assist with IRF-PAI, PPS, quality, and regulatory tracking and reporting.Maintain databases, records, dashboards, and compliance documentation.Monitor deadlines and follow up on required documentation and action items.Support audits, accreditation activities, and performance improvement initiatives.Serve as a liaison among leadership, clinical teams, and external stakeholders.We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
