Assistant Infant Teacher

Magnolia Ridge Child Development Center is a licensed childcare center seeking Assistant Teachers to support the following age groups: Infants To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience or CDA or higher! Our Hiring Process Resumescreen Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes) On-site interview with Center Director (30 minutes) Q&A Classroom observation Offer Main Job Responsibilities Assistthe lead teacher with all aspectsof the classroomin a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center. Implement activitiesthatencourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative,and physical development. Take direction, accept constructive criticism,and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program. Createandmaintainan environment that is clean and safe for all children. Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family toprovidequality care for the children. Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running,and climbing stairs.
