Shipping Coordinator

Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, specializes in providing world‑class service, repair and re-manufacturing in the areas of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and mechanical components for various industries. Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Essential Functions Prepare items for ground carrier transport via wrapping and boxing. Utilize hand tools to build crates to ship freight carrier. Secure items by strapping to pallets. Update item status in enterprise system. Input necessary data into vendor systems (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS Worlship, Purolator, etc.). Create electronic BOL and ship items via freight carrier. Operate a forklift to load and unload freight carriers. Crate and file customers paperwork through Boarder Connect. Complete and file broker paperwork. Receive jobs from customers walk‑ins and Account Managers. Place job tags on items. Scan shipper and tag shipper to enterprise system. Examine items and compare with records to verify accuracy.
