Housing Stabilization Specialist I — LGBTQ ICMS
Los Angeles LGBT Center
The Los Angeles LGBT Center is seeking a Housing Stabilization Specialist I for the ICMS program. Under supervision, you will assist clients with supportive services, housing opportunities, and care planning to meet housing and health goals. The role emphasizes serving high acuity clients, coordinating with medical and social services, and maintaining accurate records in HMIS/CHAMP.
