Shift Manager Responsibilities Providing an excellent guest experience Ensuring that great food is prepared & served Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful Controlling inventory Supervising staff Daily Responsibilities Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities Practicing inventory control standards Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift Completing paperwork as needed Supervising staff Benefits Brand partnership discounts Scholarship opportunities Opportunity to earn university course credits Hands‑on career experience in a restaurant business Prerequisites Education : High school diploma or equivalent Experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment. Essential Functions Communication and organizational skills Willingness to take on tasks and be a forward thinker Must have the ability to open, close and work some weekend shifts Physical Requirements Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized point‑of‑sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally. Training : You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities. Full-Time/Part-Time and Day/Evening/Weekend shift positions vary by location. Compensation: To be discussed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
