We're looking for a highly experienced Recruiter who advises hiring managers and partners closely with senior leaders across the organization. You're driven to work on high-value talent initiatives and are close to the industry's most sought-after talent. You'll work with our existing team members—including technical recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and cross-functional partners—to drive key hires across engineering, AI, and technical domains.In this role, you will:Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across the businessPartner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needsDesign and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activityOwn the candidate experience from first engagement through loop interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaroundAct as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and best practicesSource technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaignsBuild and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing effortsYou might thrive in this role if you have:8+ years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth, premier tech environmentsProven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent marketsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholdersClear, compelling written and verbal communication skillsComfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentOpenAI is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
