Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with us, your expertise will engage you in a variety of impactful duties, including:

• Collaborating with patients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to address their specific goals and emotional health needs, taking cultural considerations into account.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across various formats including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Providing crisis intervention services when necessary, actively coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients in acute distress receive comprehensive care.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Empowering patients and their families through psychoeducation, enabling them with tools to manage their mental health conditions effectively.

• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to achieve holistic outcomes for patients.
