Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license in the state of Michigan is required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience serving elementary school students strongly desired
• Confident with conducting evaluations, IEP development, and direct/indirect therapy
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other service providers

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility for services
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support communication goals
• Document progress, maintain compliance with school and state guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student development
