Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms of mood disorders, determining severity, frequency, and impacts on daily functioning.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to mood disorders.

• Provide education on mood disorders and guide clients and families in understanding treatment options and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans proactively as necessary.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for our clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment strategies, complying with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to practice in the state of Arizona is essential.

• Demonstrated passion for mental health and a solid understanding of mood disorders, including two years of post-licensure experience preferred.

• Competency with evidence-based practices specific to mood disorders, including CBT and DBT, backed by a proven track record of delivering favorable outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
