Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Collaboratively crafting tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster positive client outcomes.

• Providing education and ongoing support for clients and their families about mood disorders and treatment strategies.

• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Documenting client sessions and treatment outcomes meticulously to adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in continual professional development by attending training sessions, case consultations, and team meetings to stay updated on the latest advancements in mood disorder treatment.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
