Weekend Hospice RN

Hospice NurseFamily Home Health Network, is a provider of intermittent Home Health care, Palliative care, Hospice care and Skilled/Custodial private care services throughout the Chicagoland area.We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Nurse with a strong commitment to quality patient care. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent clinical nursing and customer service skills. You will be responsible for completing a detailed initial assessment of the patient, the family, and the facility/home environment to determine specific care needs, monitor and regularly re-evaluate the patients nursing needs, and initiate the appropriate plan of care as well as making necessary revisions as patient status and needs as they change.This position is every weekend Saturday and Sunday 7AM to 7PM.Qualifications:Must possess current Illinois RN licensurePossess a minimum of two (2) years experience (Hospice Preferred)Current CPRValid IL driver's license and auto insurance policyHCHB EMR experience a plus!Must possess excellent clinical nursing and customer service skillsIf you enjoy being part of a dynamic team using your skills to have a positive impact on the lives of others, we would very much like to hear from you!Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePet InsuranceMileage reimbursementPaid orientationPaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insurance
