Key Responsibilities\n

• Craft personalized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify their unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct individual, group, family, and couples therapy using evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive mental health care and facilitate holistic approaches to well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with both state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and integrity in all documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Virginia is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
