Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both individually and in group settings.

  Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring they have access to linked services.

  Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on the client’s presenting issues and actively monitor treatment progress and outcomes.

  Conduct evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments when necessary.

  Participate in team meetings to contribute to the progress of team goals and objectives, fostering collaboration with peers.

  Assist in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and well-being.

  Carry a manageable caseload, documenting timely progress notes and assessments in compliance with established guidelines and ethical standards.

  Engage with the community to promote mental health awareness and enhance overall service delivery.

  Ensure the safe environment for both clients and staff by identifying and reporting any unsafe situations effectively.

  Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participating in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery at the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to seniors, addressing various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, allowing you to apply your knowledge of age-specific and developmental considerations in your practice. Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
