Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring a continuum of care.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending relevant workshops and training to continually enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required; a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is preferred.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for creating a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic disposition, with a non-judgmental approach to client interactions and experiences.

• Proven organizational and time-management skills necessary for managing a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting focused on outpatient care.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.
