Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that capture the unique experiences and needs of clients, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically designed to address the personal and cultural contexts of clients.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share and process their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive mental health services, ensuring coordinated care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, using effective de-escalation techniques.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment choices, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring legal and ethical standards are upheld.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
