As the Guest ServiceSpecialist , you will be the store’sfront-end point person for hospitality, guestflowand cash operations.You lead by example bymaintainingefficiency, merchandising front-enddisplaysandensuring consistent execution of cash office controlsandauditsmaking sure every guest leaveswith an exceptional last impression. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork,delivering an exceptional guest experience whilemaintainingoperational standards. The pay range for this position is $18.19 - $19.40 per hour. What You'll Do: Be a visible example of hospitality, educating guests and team members on products, services, and complete meal solutions. Manage frontend guest flow and efficiencybydirectingand supportingcashierswhileensuringbackupsare minimizedto deliver frictionless checkout experiences. Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls, including management of cash, keys, andthesafe.
