Job Type:Full timeExempt/Non Exempt:SalaryJob Description:Location Details: This is an onsite position located in our Skokie Car Care Facility,Position Schedule / Shift: Service center hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Schedule and shift assignments will depend on the position.Position Summary :As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle service process. This role involves assessing customer needs, recommending maintenance and repair services, preparing repair orders, and communicating with both customers and technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Successful candidates have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
