Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth, develop client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and expand the company's market presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Develop and execute business development strategies.

• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.

• Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.

• Results-oriented with strong business acumen.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Ability to work onsite in North Brunswick, NJ.
