Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and supportive counseling.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.

• Respond to crisis situations with proficient crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support and resources for clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independently active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
