Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health status through initial consultations, ongoing evaluations, and progress reviews.

• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each client. This may include setting achievable goals and defining clear therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain regular follow-up sessions with clients, employing supportive techniques and evidence-based practices to help them navigate their challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and facilitate referrals when necessary.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately in the EHR system, adhering to legal and ethical requirements of patient confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall service delivery within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving client outcomes, helping them to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve their personal health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must hold an active and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of related professional experience in mental health counseling is essential.
\n
• Strong knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and cultural responsiveness in therapy is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing inclusive approaches that respect client diversity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
