Vendor Onboarding Specialist

Supporting a high-priority initiative, the full-time Vendor Onboarding Specialist will focus on vendor sourcing, outreach, and onboarding, while also assisting with contract management and compliance in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Source and research service providers, conduct outreach, and guide vendors through the onboarding process Support vendor compliance efforts and assist in issuing vendor agreements in coordination with legal teams Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track onboarding progress and compliance documentation Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume phone-based outreach or vendor management Experience managing structured onboarding and compliance tasks, such as contracts and insurance verification Competent with spreadsheet tracking and structured workflow processes Experience working with contractors or service providers is strongly preferred Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with performance tracking
