Senior Administrative Assistant Job Description Works as a team with other administrative staff to support activities for Senior Management and Relationship Managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and clients coming into the bank. Schedules and organizes meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the region. Maintains Salesforce data, performs financial record keeping, coordinates meetings and conferences, orders supplies, and works on special projects. Acts as project manager for special projects such as organizing client events, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information and coordinating direct mailings. Answers non‑routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Uses independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, recommend changes in office practices or procedures. Creates and develops agendas and visual presentations for the team. Sorts and distributes mail, drafts written responses or replies by phone or e‑mail when necessary. Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including IT, Facilities and HR. Handles confidential and non‑routine information and explains policies when necessary. Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications Team‑oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently. Strong organizational skills and detail‑oriented with high degree of accuracy. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong math and problem solving skills. Must maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records. Good phone voice with professional and well‑groomed appearance. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, typewriters, calculators and copiers. Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products and services offered at the bank. Education and Experience High school Diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of related experience. Computer and Software Skills Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including advanced Microsoft Office. Familiar with Bankway. Familiar with Google Mail.
