Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector
Allied Resources Technical Consultants
Our client is seeking an experienced QA/QC Field Inspector to support a major modernization project at a Liquefied Natural Gas facility. This role will serve as the on-site technical representative for electrical, instrumentation, and controls work, ensuring construction activities comply with engineering drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards. Responsibilities Review engineering drawings, specifications, vendor documents, and technical submittals for compliance with project requirements and applicable codes. Inspect electrical, instrumentation, and controls installations throughout construction to verify quality and conformance. Monitor contractor activities and ensure work is completed according to approved plans and specifications. Review equipment purchase specifications and manufacturer documentation. Verify site markups and ensure as-built documentation is accurate before project closeout. Coordinate with commissioning teams to track pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and startup activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of electrical field engineering, inspection, or QA/QC experience. Experience supporting LNG, power generation, utility, oil & gas, petrochemical, or other heavy industrial facilities. Working knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and industrial control systems. Experience reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
