Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine the individual needs of patients.

• Collaborate with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that take into account their unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, swiftly addressing acute distress while working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to manage their situation effectively.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies and adjust plans as needed to optimize patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
