Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans when necessary.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to enhance client empowerment and community support.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves clients in a hospice setting dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges, including those related to terminal illness, grief, and end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
