Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs, ensuring that services align with federal and state regulations.

• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child and their family dynamics.

• Monitor progress and outcomes through regular case reviews, working together with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

• Provide ongoing educational support and resources to families, guiding them on how to enhance their child’s growth and development.

• Formulate strategies using evidence-based methods and natural learning practices to promote a nurturing learning environment.

• Engage with families in a coaching model that emphasizes care within natural settings, enabling better implementation of intervention strategies.

• Remain compliant with health and safety protocols to ensure the welfare of clients and colleagues alike.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Foresight Psychotherapy, you will work primarily with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will help these young patients build vital skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains during the crucial early years of life. Your role will extend to engaging their families, ensuring they are supported and informed on best practices for fostering their child’s development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
